When it comes to the truth about extraterrestrial existence it seems that people from all walks of life fall into various categories; -

Most of the world population appears to have little interest in the subject despite the popular press in many countries around the globe, providing coverage with increasing frequency especially in recent years. This could be a result of many factors. Some of these factors may include and not be restricted to educational levels, religious taboos, and accessibility to information and of course the curiosity level are just some barriers for the majority of people to seek the truth.

The average person is pre occupied with living their traditional existence of work and family life, whilst many if asked, are we alone, may give a party line suggestion that they believe that our universe is shared, it is just a cursory glance without any further consequential considerations. It can be argued that this fits the majority profile for the world population who are easily guided and herded into opinion by historical family members and governments who set the belief standards from one generation to the next. Hard line creationists and evolutionists generally will not tolerate the theory of extra-terrestrial involvement in the very foundations of homo sapien existence. 

Then you have the socially mobile that have attained a reasonable standard of education and are taught to be individualistic and forge their own opinions by either their own research or personal drivers that sit in their DNA to push boundaries and learn that knowledge is really very powerful.

But it’s more complex than that as geographical factors also have consequences to outcomes of new human experiences on the subject. 

It is likely that the USA has the greatest concentration of positive extraterrestrial beliefs. Perhaps that’s why there are probably more UFO sightings in the USA than anywhere else in the world? The recent debate and support regarding invasion of Area 51 is testament to this hypothesis. 

And yet if we study the theory of alien influence on humanity, we can see just by the architecture of the pyramids there are strong influences, spread all over our planet. So, let's focus on what historical leaders of the US have said that may have enthused the American people so much.

National Security Agency (The NSA )

The NSA has been cloaking hundreds of documents about contact with UFO's and extraterrestrials for years. However a lawsuit presented by Peter Gersten (a lawyer from Arizona) changed all that and as a result the NSA was forced to release its documents. The NSA Journal Vol X1VNo1 is a report given to the NSA by Dr Howard Campaigne regarding the decoding of 29 Extraterrestrial messages that had originated from outer space. Jimmy Carter

Former president Jimmy Carter had a UFO experience whilst he was running for president. He was on his way to a two-day religious conference when he saw a UFO. He and his entourage were so disturbed by the experience that they spent the next two days discussing UFO’s and extra-terrestrials rather than focusing on the conference agenda.

“It was the darndest thing I’ve ever seen,” said Carter. “It was big, it was very bright, it changed colors and it was about the size of the moon. We watched it for 10 minutes, but none of us could figure out what it was. One thing’s for sure, I’ll never make fun of people who say they’ve seen unidentified flying objects in the sky.”

Although Jimmy Carter touted himself as a humble “peanut farmer,” Carter was a sophisticated observer. He was a graduate in nuclear physics and served as an officer on US Navy nuclear submarines. Carter later declared:

“If I ever become president, I’ll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and scientists.”

In 1977, after Carter had been elected president and tried to open the UFO files, he was told by the heads of the intelligence agencies that he, as president, did not have a high enough security clearance to even SEE the files. The intelligence community had immediately gone to work to prevent Carter from investigating further.

The Chief of the Air Force community relations division, Colonel Charles Senn wrote the following in a letter to Lieutenant Duward Crow of the NASA.

“I sincerely hope that you are successful in preventing reopening of UFO investigations.”

Harry Truman
