When it comes to the truth about extraterrestrial existence it seems that people from all walks of life fall into various categories; -
Most of the world population appears to have little interest in the subject despite the popular press in many countries around the globe, providing coverage with increasing frequency especially in recent years. This could be a result of many factors. Some of these factors may include and not be restricted to educational levels, religious taboos, and accessibility to information and of course the curiosity level are just some barriers for the majority of people to seek the truth.
The average person is pre occupied with living their traditional existence of work and family life, whilst many if asked, are we alone, may give a party line suggestion that they believe that our universe is shared, it is just a cursory glance without any further consequential considerations. It can be argued that this fits the majority profile for the world population who are easily guided and herded into opinion by historical family members and governments who set the belief standards from one generation to the next. Hard line creationists and evolutionists generally will not tolerate the theory of extra-terrestrial involvement in the very foundations of homo sapien existence.
Then you have the socially mobile that have attained a reasonable standard of education and are taught to be individualistic and forge their own opinions by either their own research or personal drivers that sit in their DNA to push boundaries and learn that knowledge is really very powerful.
But it’s more complex than that as geographical factors also have consequences to outcomes of new human experiences on the subject.
It is likely that the USA has the greatest concentration of positive extraterrestrial beliefs. Perhaps that’s why there are probably more UFO sightings in the USA than anywhere else in the world? The recent debate and support regarding invasion of Area 51 is testament to this hypothesis.
And yet if we study the theory of alien influence on humanity, we can see just by the architecture of the pyramids there are strong influences, spread all over our planet. So, let's focus on what historical leaders of the US have said that may have enthused the American people so much.
National Security Agency (The NSA )
The NSA has been cloaking hundreds of documents about contact with UFO's and extraterrestrials for years. However a lawsuit presented by Peter Gersten (a lawyer from Arizona) changed all that and as a result the NSA was forced to release its documents. The NSA Journal Vol X1VNo1 is a report given to the NSA by Dr Howard Campaigne regarding the decoding of 29 Extraterrestrial messages that had originated from outer space. The messages were received via the Sputnik satellite. Alien facts has accessed this document from the NSA website.

President John F Kennedy 1963
“ I’d like to tell the public about the alien situation, but my hands are tied”
President Bill Clinton
“If I put you over at (Dept. of Justice, I want you to find out two things;
1 Who killed JFK.
2 The truth about UFO’s
(President Bill Clinton to Webb Hubbell shortly after Clinton had been elected to his first term)
Addressing the United Nations General Assembly, Forty –second Session, September 21 1987
“I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And, yet I ask you, is not an alien force already among us?”
Speaking to soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev – Geneva Summit Conference 1995 Reagan said; -
“How much easier his task and mine might be in these meetings we hold if suddenly there was a threat to this world from another species from another planet outside in the universe. We’d forget all the little local differences that we have between our countries, and we would find out once and for all that we really are all human beings here on this earth together.”
Former president Jimmy Carter had a UFO experience whilst he was running for president. He was on his way to a two-day religious conference when he saw a UFO. He and his entourage were so disturbed by the experience that they spent the next two days discussing UFO’s and extra-terrestrials rather than focusing on the conference agenda.
“It was the darndest thing I’ve ever seen,” said Carter. “It was big, it was very bright, it changed colors and it was about the size of the moon. We watched it for 10 minutes, but none of us could figure out what it was. One thing’s for sure, I’ll never make fun of people who say they’ve seen unidentified flying objects in the sky.”
Although Jimmy Carter touted himself as a humble “peanut farmer,” Carter was a sophisticated observer. He was a graduate in nuclear physics and served as an officer on US Navy nuclear submarines. Carter later declared:
“If I ever become president, I’ll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and scientists.”
In 1977, after Carter had been elected president and tried to open the UFO files, he was told by the heads of the intelligence agencies that he, as president, did not have a high enough security clearance to even SEE the files. The intelligence community had immediately gone to work to prevent Carter from investigating further.
The Chief of the Air Force community relations division, Colonel Charles Senn wrote the following in a letter to Lieutenant Duward Crow of the NASA.
“I sincerely hope that you are successful in preventing reopening of UFO investigations.”
“In the firm belief that the American public deserves a better explanation than that thus given by the Air Force, I strongly recommend that there be a committee investigation of the UFO phenomenon. I think we owe it to the people to establish credibility regarding UFO’s and to produce the greatest possible enlightenment on this subject.”
Written while serving in Congress (in a letter sent to Mendel Rivers, chairman of the Armed Services Committee) March 28,1966
President Harry Truman formed the highly secret group code named MJ12 which stood for Majestic -12. (See our section https://alien-facts.com/majestic-12-document … for further details). The sole purpose of this group was to investigate UFO’s and report their findings to the president. MJ12 was established shortly after the Roswell crash in 1947.
“I can assure you that flying saucers, given that they exist, are not constructed by any power on earth.”
President Harry Truman
White House Press Conference
April 4, 1950
The following is a quote from J Edgar Hoover the director of the FBI in 1947.
“I would do it but before agreeing to it we must insist upon full access to discs recovered. For instance, in the (2nd) case the army grabbed it and would not let us have it for a cursory examination.”
J. Edgar Hoover, in a handwritten note to Clyde Tolson
“We have indeed been contacted, perhaps even visited by extra-terrestrial beings and the US government, in collusion with other national powers of the earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.
The purpose of the international conspiracy is to maintain a workable stability among the nations of the world and for them, in turn, to retain institutional control over their respective populations. Thus, for these governments to admit there are beings from outer space….with mentalities and technological capabilities obviously far superior to ours, could, once fully perceived by the average person, erode the foundations of the earths traditional power structure.”
Former Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the CIA 1979
Vice Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter
“It is time for the truth to be brought out in the open congressional hearings, behind the scenes, high ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFO’s. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense. To hide the facts, the Air Force has silenced its personal through the issuance of a regulation.”
Vice Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter
Former Director of the CIA (1947-1950), member of MJ-12 1960
General George C. Marshall
“The United states has recovered UFO’s AND THEIR OCCUPANTS. The UFO’s were from a different planet and they were friendly. They have been hovering over defense facilities and airports. The US authorities were convinced they had nothing to fear from them. The US wanted people to concentrate on the real menace, communism, and not be distracted by the visitors from Space. There has actually been contact with the men in the UFO’s and there have been landings.”
General George C Marshall
US army Chief of Staff World War 2 Secretary of State 1947
(as told by Dr.Rolf Alexander) 1951
Colonel Philip J Corso
“…. Enclosed in a thick glass container…. submerged in a thick light blue liquid… It was a four-foot human- shaped figure with arms, bizarre four-fingered hands. I didn’t see a thumb, thin legs and feet, and an oversized incandescent light-bulb-shaped head that looked like it was floating over a balloon gondola for a chin.
What I found was an intriguing Army intelligence document describing the creature as an inhabitant of a craft that had crash landed in Roswell, New Mexico”
Colonel Philip J Corso, (Ret.)
Chief of Foreign Technology Desk. US Army Research and Development, member of National Security Council
(excerpted from ‘The Day After Roswell’)
Lt Col. Wendelle Stevens
“I am convinced beyond doubt that we have recovered aircraft, alien vehicles, they have made contact with aliens, that we are communicating with them in some way or form, and that we have vehicles and bodies in preservation.”
Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens (Ret)
Air Force Foreign Technology Division, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base
“By this order, the Secretary of Air Force Office of Information must delete all evidence of UFO reality and intelligent control, which would, of course, contradict the Air Force stand that UFO’s do not exist. The same rule applies to A.F. press releases and UFO information given to congress and the public.”
1962 Air Force order
Disclosed by Major William T. Coleman
Former Air Force headquarters spokesman
Former Project Blue Book officer
“I am convinced, based upon my research and the individuals with whom I have had contact within the US intelligence community that the U.S government does indeed have craft that meets the description of many UFO reports.”
NASA Mission Specialist, 1974-1977
“Congressional investigations have been held and are still being held on the problems of unidentified flying objects. Since most of the material is classified, the hearings are never printed.”
Wiliam H Ayres
Senator Barry Goldwater
“The subject of UFO’s is one that has interested me for some long time. About ten or twelve years ago I made an effort to find out what was in the building at Wright –Patterson Air Force Base where the information is stored that has been collected by the Air Force, and I was understandably denied this request. It is still classified above Top Secret. I have, however, heard that there is a plan under way to release some, if not all, of this material in the near future. I’m just as anxious to see this material as you are, and I hope we will not have to wait much longer.”
(In a letter to Shiomo Arnon)
March 28, 1975
“I have every confidence that the American public would be able to take such information without hysteria. The fear of the unknown is always greater than the fear of the Known.”
Walter H Moeller
“If this information could be presented in such a way as to appeal to reason, and not to emotion, I think it would be a good thing.”
Ralph J. Scott
Representative, North Carolina
“I have discussed this with the affected agencies of the government, and they are of the opinion that it is unwise to publicize the matter at this time.”
Richard B Russell
