UFOs and other supposed alien spacecraft do not visit the Earth from the stars but rather from a distant point in humanity’s future. This theory was presented by Montana Tech anthropology professor Michael P Masters, who penned a book on the bizarre topic. The anthropologist said: “The phenomenon may be our own distant descendants coming back through time to study us in their own evolutionary past.” According to Dr Masters, decades worth of UFO sightings and encounters have been mistaken for what they truly are. 

Dr Masters referred to these time travelling scientists as “extra-tempestrials” or distant human descendants.

The anthropologist, who specialises in UFO sightings, said these encounters can be explained scientifically, even if sceptics might consider this fringe science.

Born in 1946 in Long Island, Preston Nichols claimed to have degrees in engineering, psychology, and parapsychology. In 1983 he released the first of a series of books on the Montauk conspiracy called The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time.

Some of his claims include: - A “Time Tunnel” was developed that allowed researchers to travel anywhere they wanted in time or space. They allegedly travelled to meet Jesus Christ and also dabbled with the Civil War and World War II to the point where the wars’ outcome was completely changed.

• Friendly extra-terrestrials were encountered through the Time Tunnel, and they freely shared technology with the researchers.

• Nazi scientists from the infamous “Operation Paperclip” were recruited to work at the Montauk facility.

• Experiments in mass psychology and terror, including the mysterious “Men in Black,” were developed there.

• The “Jersey Devil,” a cryptozoological creature whose mythology extends back into the early 1800s, was allegedly created there.

• Superhumans were created in the laboratory, as well as special serums designed to turn regular humans into superhuman.

According to Alex Collier, when the Greys got here, they were the front team for the Orion Group. They could not literally pierce the membrane we had around our third density creation until 1931. We were not detonating nuclear weapons then, so I asked Moraney what happened. Apparently, the German Nazi scientists were experimenting with time travel and they opened a "door". They put a "crack" in time, and with our luck, there were a bunch of regressives right there. I don't know how they knew, but they were right there. So, they came here in our reality in 1931. Once they were here, they were able to skip back into time. Now, they could only go back as far as 11,230 BC, otherwise they would have run into the ET Atlantean civilization. In our history books, the Sumerians, Babylonians and Egyptians talk about "the Gods". Those are ET's that came into our reality in 1931 and went back and started manipulating mankind. If I had time travel, and I took this plastic water jug back in time and presented it to a Pharaoh, he might think I was a God because I appeared out of nowhere with different clothing and high technology. This 7-11 jug might be passed down as a sacred object. It would become priceless. The symbol 7-11 might become a religious artefact. Think about it. The Bible talks about a rebellion of man against God. Mankind rebelled against the ET's, who were tyrannizing and suppressing them. Man was on the verge of extinction. The ET's decided to "divide man and give him a different language". Divide and conquer. Divide and conquer... 

Adolf Hitler’s highly-disputed “time machine”  was reportedly tested in a facility known as The Henge – a coal-mine just off the city of Ludwikowic, Poland.

Believers in the theory point out how The Henge was closely guarded by the Nazis during WW2 – leaving many to question why an energy plant would need such levels of manpower.

Doctor Steven M Greer explains how "there’s a great deal of evidence to suggest the scientists were working on a bell-shaped craft that was electromagnetic in its propulsion system".

“If you take the right electromagnetic field at a very high voltage and pulse or phase it in a certain way, you can get some very strange phenomena – you can make things disappear and re-appear,” he adds, in the episode.

And what happened to the SS General who spearheaded the project has only added fuel to the conspiracy.

As the war drew to a close and allied forces entered Germany, the entire project and its leader reportedly vanished.

Although General Hans Kammler was officially reported dead in May 1945, the circumstances behind his disappearance have been the subject of conspiracy theories for decades.

Due to Kammler’s status as one of the most wanted war criminals of the Nazi party, author Jim Marrs believes Kammler used “The Bell” in a last-ditch effort to escape execution.

Speaking of the Nazi commander, Marrs claims: “Kammler was going to defect in exchange for immunity, but by the end of the war he disappeared.”

He continues: “Where did Hans Kammler go and what did he take?

“I think he took the bell.”

The rumors about this time machine seem to start with Jakob Sporrenberg, a former Nazi SS Obergruppenfuhrer, one of the highest commissioned Nazi SS ranks.

Many claim that Obergruppenfuhrer (the senior team leader) said the murder of 60 engineers, scientists and technicians was done to cover the existence of Die Glocke. This statement refers to confidential copies of the Polish Information Services.

Die Glocke is described as having nine feet wide (2.7 meters) and 15 feet high (4.5 meters), which creates a separate “hive” when it was active.

Polish researcher Igor Witkowski claims that when Die Glocke was active it could cover an area with an energy field of up to 660 feet (about 200 meters).

Anyone in or near this zone could die while the plants will decompose into mud. He argued that five of the seven Nazi scientists associated with the device died during the World War II trials.

This Time Machine of the Nazi is allegedly producing “images from the past” on top of it, which was like a mirror.

Hitler reported that Die Glocke was shipped to South America on a U-boat in the last days of the war.

Those who believe in this theory claim that the bell is still hidden somewhere in South America today. Others claim to be hidden in a secret Nazi installation in Antarctica, while others claim it has already been owned by the US.

South America and the Antarctic appear in many conspiracy theories about the Nazis, while the CIA even explores the claim that Hitler lived in Colombia.

Whistleblower Bernard Mendez went public with a stunning admission     that he was part of a secret military program using “Jumprooms”     (teleportation devices) to travel through time and off planet - including     Mars. There are now at least 5 people who’ve gone public saying they have     been to Mars - the others are Andrew Basiago and William Brett Stillings,     as well as Michael Relfe and Arthur Neumann who went on separate programs.     Basiago reveals that a young Barack Obama was also part of the program and     teleported to Mars.

Dr. David Lewis Anderson, director of the Anderson Institute, emerged publicly in a two-hour interview on December 23, 2009 to give an extensive account of his time control research for the U.S. Air Force, which he later continued at his Time Travel Research Institute and other organizations.
 

Dr. Anderson's public revelations regarding time travel follow disclosures made in August and November by Andrew D. Basiago in interviews concerning his experiences in time travel experiments undertaken by DARPA’s Project Pegasus in the early 1970s.

“Andrew D. Basiago discussed his experiences within a secret DARPA program “Project Pegasus” and what he claimed to be the true history of U.S. time travel research and teleportation technology... from the years 1969 to 1972.
 

“He described being teleported from… Wood Ridge, NJ to Santa Fe, NM via a device derived from Tesla technology. A ‘chasm’ opens up in the fabric of time-space that is wrapped around the “teleportees” as they are repositioned to a new location…
 

“During this time frame, he said he witnessed an accident in which a boy's feet were sheared off after he was teleported.
 

“He also talked about how the teleportation technology could be used for time travel, and the development of ‘chrono visors’ which allowed holographic recordings to be made of historically significant events…
 

“Time travel technology enabled the U.S. to win the Cold War, as the government teleported military secrets into the future, to store for safekeeping, he detailed.
 

“The technology was also used to brief U.S. Presidents like Clinton, the Bushes, and Obama about their destinies, years before they became President, Basiago claimed.
 

“He also asserted that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Governor Bill Richardson both served in Project Pegasus, and he invited them to come forward with the truth.”

Both whistleblowers - Andrew D. Basiago and Dr. David L. Anderson - independently emphasize the connection between creating a positive human future and public disclosure of the time travel and time control capabilities that they say the U.S. government has developed but kept secret, thereby depriving the world of the potential life-advantaging benefits of technologies that manipulate the quantum environment.
 

Mr. Basiago stated that teleportation could be used to move people and goods more efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative effects upon land use of airports, railroads, and highways.
 

Dr. Anderson stated that time control technology will solve the global energy crisis, with diverse applications in both new energy production and medical research.

In support of Mr. Basiago’s call for disclosure by the U.S. government of its time travel technologies, Dr. Anderson stated that,

“these new developments need to be made public.”
