Andrew D. Basiago

Andrew Basiago is the team leader of Project Pegasus and the founder and president of M.A.R.S. (Mars Anomaly Research Society), he is an American lawyer, writer, chrononaut and visionary. In the 1960's, Mr. Basiago was a boy aged 6 who was one of a small group of children who were chosen to be part of a time-space scientific, military exploration to past and future events via teleportation. The program was named: Project Pegasus and it was administered by DARPA, the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency.  As a child, he served from 1969 to 1972 in DARPA's time-space program.  

He confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars, to our past and to the future, for decades, and recounts the awe-inspiring trips that he took to Mars as a Chrononaut in the early 1980’s after he was tapped to go there because he had experienced teleportation as a child participant in Project Pegasus.

Andy was identified in early childhood as an “Indigo” child with special abilities, including the ability to use his mind to levitate small objects and to perform telepathy by reading the minds of others. A past member of Mensa, the high IQ society, he holds five degrees, including a BA in History from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.

Andrew is on a crusade as a lawyer to have the US government disclose its time travel secrets.
 

Andy believes that lobbying the US government to declassify its secret teleportation capability, so that teleportation can be adopted globally as the leading form of civilian transport, is the most important environmental cause of our time.
 

He is calling his truth campaign “Project Pegasus” after the secret US time travel program that he served in during his childhood as one of America’s early time-space explorers.

After publishing this landmark paper, Andy founded MARS, a group that is dedicated to researching, disclosing, and educating the public about life on Mars, revealing the secret US presence there, and developing the laws and policies that are needed to protect Mars from visitation, exploration, habitation, and colonization by humans from Earth.
 

For the last several years, Andy has spearheaded efforts to disclose the US secret space program by bringing forward the US chrononauts who participated in the CIA’s Mars jump room program.

Bernard Mendez

Mr. Mendez was both a fellow chrononaut taking jumps with Andrew Basiago, and a federal investigator whose primary function was investigating questions like: “Where are the chrononauts actually going when they enter the jump rooms?” There was some concern that the species of Grey extra-terrestrials who were working with the CIA’s jump room program, were over riding the teleportation technology. Mr. Mendez, who once served as a special assistant to President Richard M. Nixon, was investigating the jump room program for the US intelligence community when Andrew was involved.  

Mr. Mendez explains that his mission to evaluate the CIA’s jump room program originated from discrepancies being reported by the jump rooms on the east coast (New York City) and west coast (El Segundo, California) respectively. The original jump room technology had been transferred from a species of Grey extra-terrestrials to the U.S. government.  Bernard found that the Grey extra-terrestrials may have been covertly interfering with the functioning of the jump room teleportation technology.

Bernard Mendez also stated that he teleported with Mr. Obama and Mr. Basiago in jumps that took place from 1981 to 1983, when Obama and Basiago were college students.

Michael Relfe

Michael Relfe was in the Navy in 1976 when he was recruited for a secret time travel project. He spent 20 years on one colony, military base on Mars, helping, expanding and maintaining it. He claims that they were built in the future and those who were serving and working there were aged-reverse. erased their memory and sent back when discharged.

Michael had a special training, carried out via mind control technology. His training included hypno-programming, advanced psi- training and learning, implants time travel and psi- enhancing drugs.

Mr. Relfe then served six years in the U.S. military on Earth before being honorably discharged in 1982.
 

In a two-volume book authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc., The Mars Records, Mr. Relfe describes the two types of individuals at the secret Mars colony:

· "To clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I remember.

i. "People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.)

They travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and return. They are not time traveled back. They are VIP's. They are OFF LIMITS!!
 

ii. "Permanent staff

They spend 20 years' duty cycle. At the end of their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their space-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked. They are sent back to complete their destiny on Earth."

Michael Relfe also discusses the presence and functions of Reptilian and Grey extra-terrestrials at the secret Mars colony.

· "EL: What about the Reptilians?
 

· Michael Relfe: Yes. They are racially related (Draconians, Reptilians, Grays.)
 

· EL: Do any Grays and Reptilians live on the Mars Base?
 

· Michael Relfe: Yes, some are stationed there. I remember the Grays as doctors or technicians. I believe the Reptilians stay camouflaged (cloaked) most of the time. They prefer to appear human because they are naturally fierce-looking."

William B Stillings

Mr. Stillings’ statement, read:  "I can confirm that Andrew D. Basiago and Barack Obama (then using the name "Barry Soetoro") were in my Mars training course in Summer 1980 and that during the time period 1981 to 1983, I encountered Andy, Courtney M. Hunt of the CIA, and other Americans on the surface of Mars after reaching Mars via the "jump room" in El Segundo, California.”

Mr. Stillings states that during one of his visits to Mars, he walked out of the “jump room” facility and encountered Mr. Obama standing beside the facility by himself staring vacantly into a ravine located adjacent to the facility.

Henry Deacon (aka Arthur Neumann)

Mars colony eyewitness Arthur Neumann is a whistle-blower who as a Project Camelot witness referred to himself as Henry Deacon and was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency.

On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann stated publicly,

· "There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there."

The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a permanent Mars colony, and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.

 Mr. Neumann's verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt. Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean's presentation at the European Exopolitics Summit. During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars. 

Mr. Neumann is an independent whistle-blower who has made his account - of teleporting to Mars and meeting Martian extra-terrestrials in a DoD-related project meeting on Mars - public at great personal cost.

Corey Goode 

Corey Goode cites his personal life experiences in incredible detail. Corey was identified as an intuitive empath (IE) by the government at age six and was then recruited through one of the MILAB programs - MILAB is a term coined for the "military abduction" of a person that indoctrinates and trains them for any number of military black ops programs. Goode trained and served in these programs from 1976-1986/87 and continues in limited capacity today.

Robert Dean

Robert Orel Dean was an American ufologist from Tucson, Arizona. Dean retired from the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major after a 28-year career. He appeared on radio programs, TV documentaries and at conferences discussing the subject of UFOs and a government cover up of alien visitations to Earth.

“I have learned over the years from an infinite variety of sources here, there and everywhere. I didn’t retire from the army until 1976 and I kept my Top-Secret clearance up until that moment. After I retired, I went to work for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and worked another 14 years for the U.S. government, where I had a Top-Secret clearance.

So, I have a total of 41 years of federal service to the United States. But I’ve heard things over the years that literally still today stun me and shock me. I’ve learned that the human race is a hybrid race. I’ve learned that we are not merely alone; we have never been alone. We have had an intimate interrelationship with advanced extra-terrestrial intelligence from the beginning of our history. And let me tell you that that intimate interrelationship is still going on.

This one race, in particular, apparently reengineered us as a species about 200,000 years ago. What we are here today is what we call homo sapien sapiens -- you’re an engineered creature. Your genetics have been manipulated. You’re not the same as what you were and you are not the same as to what your children and grandchildren and great grandchildren will be in the next hundred years.

The human race is going through a transition. It’s more than a transition. It’s what I have learned to be a transcendent transformation into a new race, into a new future. And your descendants will be as different from what you are here today as what you are from the old Australopithecus happened to be many years ago.

Ah, this is a photograph taken by our Mariner space vehicle that we launched back a number of years ago. This is a picture of a facility on the surface of Mars. Now, this facility is located on the equator, and it’s on the surface, and those of us who have studied it and discussed it with each other, call it the airport. (This was a slide show presentation and Bob had photographic evidence)

I said this is the parking lot (oval flat area). This is the administration building here (raised semi-circular area adjacent to the left of the oval); this is the main terminal here (structure directly behind the oval flat area), and I imagine it is a pretty busy facility, you know, with ships coming and going, but it’s not an airport.

It is very likely a spaceport. It is on the surface and it’s on the equator of Mars. And if you are ever interested in launching a vehicle from a planet, you put it on the equator and you take advantage of the rotation of the planet to assist in the launching of your vehicle. You can take the momentum of the movement of the planet and it helps you get the thing off the ground. So, it’s exactly on the equator; it’s on the surface and it’s massive in size.

So maybe that is the parking lot; I don’t know. Maybe that is the admin building, but there is something going on, on Mars, and I’ve been going back and forth with Richard Hoagland now for years, where Richard, who I know most of you are aware of, is convinced that Mars is covered with ruins. Well it is. But it is not just ruins. There are things going on, on that planet; on the surface, under the surface, continually so.

Ah, this was published in a German magazine but this is a Soviet photo. This is from their Phobos 2 spacecraft. This is a city under the surface of Mars that is the size of Chicago. Chicago is one of our biggest cities. Several million people live in Chicago.

This is under the surface. You can see the city block … breakdown here portions of the neighbourhoods here or whatever it is, but it is generating an enormous amount of heat. And they picked this up on the infrared when Phobos was going around the planet snapping pictures like crazy.

The Soviets were pretty open about releasing some of their photos, contrary to the United States, where lying has become a fine art. Don’t get me started on my politicians. Phobos 2, the city on Mars, under the surface; you can see the streets, Broadway, First Avenue, whatever.
People have said, well, who’s there?
And I say: For God sake, it’s the Martians who are there!
What a silly question to ask: Who’s there?”

Other whistle-blowers regarding secret space programmes include;

Senator Daniel K. Inouye who said: “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself. This directly lines up with President Eisenhower's warning to the people to beware of the unchecked military industrial complex, as many hidden interests were being pursued unbeknownst to even himself.

a former NASA employee claimed there were secret manned missions to Mars as early as 1979. In an interview with Coast-to-Coast AM, alleged NASA employee ‘Jackie’ talked about other humans on Mars, something that has been discussed among other alleged NASA employees for years;” …Then I saw two men in space suits – not the bulky suits we normally used, but they looked protective. They came over the horizon walking to the Viking Explorer…"

a former Marine claims to have even worked on Mars. The retired officer only known as Captain Kaye (pseudonym), said that not only have humans made it to Mars in the past, we have developed a secret space program and flotilla that operates in space. According to the former Marine, he was posted on the red planet for years and his mission was to protect the five human colonies from indigenous life forms on Mars. Captain Kaye reveals that not only did he spend years on Mars, he also served aboard a giant space carrier for three years.

Tony Rodriguez, Aug Tellez, Elena Kapulnik, William Thompkins, and Clifford Stone.

Tony Rodriguez

Tony Rodriquez claims that in 1981, when only nine years old and in 4th grade, he was involuntarily recruited into a “twenty and back” program as punishment for something he did to one of his class room peers.

He publicly embarrassed the son of a high-level member of the Illuminati and Rodrigues says that he was soon after abducted by five aliens. He was then genetically tested to determine what skills he possessed, which could be used in covert ‘support’ programs and eventually for the secret space programs themselves when he got older.

Rodrigues says that he was first forced to work as a psychic for a drug running operation out of Peru for four years, before being recruited as a sex worker in the area of Seattle from age 13. When he turned 16 years old, in 1988, he was taken to the Moon to be tested for any skills he possessed that would be of most benefit for service in the secret space programs.

After briefly serving on Mars as a slave fighter for a mercenary military force protecting corporate bases from indigenous Martians, he says was taken to Ceres, a planetoid in the asteroid belt, where he worked for 13 years with a German led freighter crew that was part of the “Dark Fleet,” which was initially set up by Nazi Germany during World War II.

The first public reference to the “Dark Fleet” was by Corey Goode who listed it as one of five secret space programs he was familiar with in early 2015. The existence of a Nazi linked secret space program was subsequently confirmed by William Tompkins in early 2016. Both Goode and Tompkins said that slave labor was used extensively by the Dark Fleet.

Aug Tellez

Aug Tellez claims to have been involved in high level secret projects such as the military abduction program (MILAB), time-travel, secret space programs, and more.
 

His narrative strongly correlates with that of Corey Goode, another SSP insider and whistle-blower credited as one of the most authentic according to respected figures within the truther movement. Tellez information, if true, would expand our understanding of the scope and nature of various longstanding SSPs and their related activities. In addition, there is a definite extra-terrestrial and even angelic component to his material that blends the fields of spirituality and ufology in ways that advanced truthers will find stimulating.

Elena Kapulnik

Elena claims she was abducted by Reptilian ETs during the ages of 2 and 10, that her DNA was changed and that she grew up on Mars.

She worked for a company Monarch Solutions where they trained her psionic abilities, then worked for the ICC in a quantum time leap program.

Monarch Solutions is a company that uses cloned bodies with "consciousness transfers", i.e. cloned people with no intrinsic soul but who carry the soul or consciousness of another person. She was kept young, often leapt timelines and was finally released back into normal life in 2014.

Elena has natural psychic abilities which she says the SSP harnessed to open space/wormhole portals (not time portals) by giving her drugs.

Elena, who also goes by Ileana, says that the new series available on Netflix called, “Altered Carbon” is shockingly accurate in its portrayal of much of the activities of the ICC (Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate) for whom Elena worked. She is blown away by the images and the outright disclosure disguised as entertainment.

According to Elena Kapulnik the ICC has 11 bases on Mars which include manufacturing plants, labs, R&D and weapons facilities. she states that the ICC space station platforms are based on original schematic designs of Wernher von Braun (Operation Paperclip Nazi scientist smuggled into the U.S. at the end of WW2 to work for NASA). 

She reveals the companies involved in building infrastructure on ICC Mars bases, a mixture of U.S. and German companies including,

William Tompkins 

William Tompkins is a credentialed aerospace engineer for several of the top black-project contractors for the U.S. government, including North American Aviation, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Douglas Aircraft Company. Tompkins worked within highly classified think tanks designing advanced weapons for aerospace companies - even assisting with the Saturn and Apollo Space Programs for NASA. As a teenager, William Tompkins’s keen eye for detail nearly landed him in hot water with the Navy as his models of Navy ships included specifications which were classified. However, the Navy took interest in his capabilities and subsequently recruited him into their Intelligence programs to focus on advanced technology projects. Tompkins claims that most of the time, he would be tasked to engineer something that he had absolutely no clue how it functioned, or how the desired technology would even begin to work - once he sat down and cleared his mind, thoughts and calculations were sent to him telepathically without explanation, allowing him to fulfil otherwise impossible projects for the government.

Sergeant Clifford Stone

Clifford Stone is perhaps one of the most intense witnesses in the disclosure process and has continued to share his story for years. Cliff has gone public to relay incidents from his years of service with the U.S. Army where he served as an intuitive empath charged with making contact with extra-terrestrial beings. It began in early childhood with an interest in UFOs and telepathic contact with otherworldly beings, and soon members of the military caught wind of his abilities. Having first-hand experiences interacting with extra-terrestrials, Cliff gets emotional describing his telepathic conversations with ET captives and the struggle of whether to do his job or let them free. Recalling one of these experiences, Clifford could even feel the ET's fear: 

"And as soon as I went in, he looked up at me. And when he looked up at me, you know, no one else could hear what . . . Just like I say, I can hear it like you and I talking, but I can also feel it. He said, “I am afraid.” And I could feel the fear, and I could also see, you know, his concern about his seeing his family again."
